Challenge.

Reinventing the traditional open house day, in order to reach the younger inhabitants of Almere and surroundings.

Almere has 193,165 inhabitants +/- 43%  in the 30- category, but the primary audience was above 50 years of age. For the younger people this theater felt to bougie, so they never went.

Result.

I turned the open house day into a multidisciplinary festival including art, popmusic, dance and theatre with over 2500 attendees and 4067 registrations and a online reach of +- 190.00.
